Adventures in Fiction was set up by Marion Urch, a novelist and writer of short stories with credits for film, radio and television. She works with a team of highly qualified, mid-career novelists with a range of expertise across genres.

Marion Urch has over fifteen years experience as a tutor, programmer and facilitator within the publishing and literary community. She was responsible for the highly successful Green Ink Irish Bookfair in 1993, devised a creative writing programme for Green Ink Writers and has led workshops at HMP Holloway and the New Jubilee Library in Brighton. She also has an MA from the Royal College of Art and a significant track record as a lecturer in film and video, including running her own department at the Byam Shaw School of Art in London. Before setting up Adventures In Fiction, she worked extensively as an independent literary consultant.
