Fifth birthday Celebrations
Now in its fifth year, Adventures in Fiction continues to build up a reputation for supporting emerging new writers. We work with writers at all stages in their careers and are always immensely pleased and proud to watch clients develop and progress.Apprenticeships News
Heartfelt congratulations to 2006 apprentice Alison Gangel whose memoir The Sun Hasn’t Fallen From the Sky is due for publication by Bloomsbury in 2010 - and to 2008 apprentice Jo Reed whose novel The Tyranny of the Blood was recently published by Wild Wolf Press. Other notable successes include Andrew Theophilou, an extract from whose novel was published in Inside Out by Legend Press in 2007.
Other apprentices to look out for include Lindsay McKrell whose novel Crow was shortlisted for the Kelpies Prize for Scottish fiction for children and Wendy Storer and Sheila Bugler who have both consistently topped the Youwriteon.com bestseller lists.
